What I read this summer

At the beginning of every summer, I feel a moral obligation to open up a book. My guess is that summer free time reignites an instinctual pull to my bookshelf, currently full of half-read novels of summer breaks past. This summer, though, I’ve been a bit more successful at my eternal goal to read more. I figured as part of holding myself accountable to maintain this habit, I’d log what I read this summer here! That way, reading can become a bit more of a social activity, too. Lord knows I could use that.
